30 years customer service management experience with an insurance company. Now works with a large variety of businesses including builders, retail, employment agencies and franchise organisations.
A keen club golfer frequently seen on the local courses in his spare time. Also supports Charlton Athletic and enjoys the occasional visit to London to watch them play.
Helen – Account Manager & Book-keeper
Helen joined in 2007 as an Account Manager having qualified in AAT several years earlier. An experienced professional using SAGE Software for over 13 years and now proficient in Xero as well as many other packages. Dealing with a broad spectrum of businesses including hotels, dentists, garages and solar farms to name a few.
Spare time spent relaxing with her partner, daughters and dog walking as well as some classes at the local gym.
Charlie – Payroll Manager
Charlie joined in 2008 and has a wealth of experience going back 25 years in payroll and personnel. Now pivotal directing our clients through the pension provisions regulation in addition to the complexities of handling large payroll schemes for multiple companies.
Relaxation is spent with his partner and playing tennis at a local club.
Janet – Account Manager & Book-keeper
Janet joined the team last year and provides us with many skills. Training students in an accountancy qualification at the local college provides some insight into her ability. Clients include retail, printing and a large sandwich organisation franchise.
Time out is spent with her husband and enjoying the occasional holiday. A frequent visitor to gym classes for relaxation.
Neil – Accounts Assistant & Self Assessment Tax specialist
Neil is working towards his full accountancy qualifications and is already MAAT qualified. Prepares accounts for sole traders and partnerships together with the filing of self assessment tax returns.
In his own time a football player in the Peterborough league and enjoys watching Chelsea FC.
Nikki – Account Manager, Book-keeper & Payroll Administrator
Working within the Finance Sector throughout her career and joining the team as an experienced Account Manager in 2014. Client base includes IT, printing companies and travel organisations. Studied to AAT technical level and has a wide experience of accounting and payroll software packages.
Free time is spent with family and friends, going to the gym and playing the piano.
Sophie – Book-keeping & Administrator
A more recent member to the team, experienced with SAGE and currently providing assistance with the invoicing and administration for some of our larger organisations.
Spare time is spent with her partner, a keen gym enthusiast so will often be found in one gym class or another.
